Adjectives for people, places and things

Before we start with the adjectives, we have to talk about the
Appearances, and Describing people:

قبل ان نتحدث عن الصفات يجب ان نعرف اشياء بسيطة عن كيف نصف الناس ونميزهم
وسنتعلم كيف نصف الطول والبنية ونوع الشعر ولون البشرة وهكذا...


height and build: الطول والبنية

The question will be:
How tall is he, she or it?
How tall am I ?
how tall are you, they?

The answer will be:

He is very tall
or
He is tall

He is quite short.
or
He is short.

معنى quite short
انه قصير بصورة ملحوظة
ولكن عندما نقول
very short
معناها انه قصير جدا
وليس فقط بصورة ملحوظة

He is medium height.

Build البنية



It is not a proper way to say :
لا يحبذ او لا يفضل او من غير اللائق القول بأنها:
She is skinny.
or
She is thin.

ولكن من اللائق او ادبا يجب القول
It's a mannerly or proper way if you say:

She is slim.
OR
She is slender.

It is not a proper way to say :
لا يحبذ او لا يفضل او من غير اللائق القول بأنه
He is fat.



ولكن من اللائق او ادبا يجب القول
It's a mannerly or proper way if you say:

He is plump.
He is obese.
OR
He is overweight.

type of hair: نوع الشعراو الستايل






يمكن ان تقتصر الاجابة على الجملة الاولى وايضا نستطيع اضافة بقية الصفات كما هو موضح في الجمل الاخرى:

She has long hair.
or
she has long black hair.
or
she has long black strait hair.

she has medium length hair.
or
she has medium length red hair.

fair لونه أبيض عادي ليس اسمر او ناصع البياض

pale معناها ناصع البياض
